Refund policy

As the items offered by our shop are antique goods and vintage spirits, we cannot accept returns or order cancellations from customers seeking flawless items. Furthermore, refunds will only be issued for the full payment amount after the item is returned, solely in cases where significant damage to the item is clearly attributable to our shop's negligence, such as in the packaging or delivery method.
