Shipping policy

  • Shipping Schedule: Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays and designated company holidays such as Summer Break and Year-End/New Year holidays).
  • Shipping Fees: Free shipping on all items within Japan. International orders are shipped at a separately specified flat rate.
  • Shipping Carriers: Delivered via our designated carriers, including Japan Post and Yamato Transport.
  • Returns & Refunds: Due to the nature of antique/craft items and to prevent fraudulent swapping, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping for all items, excluding alcoholic beverages.
