We have recently opened an online store specializing in Old Bottle Whisky and antique glassware. We offer a collection of whiskies and glasses that have passed through many years since their production and have now become aged spirits and antique pieces. I am the proprietor of Antique Liquor, a long-time whisky enthusiast and a dedicated consumer of Old Bottle Whisky. What drew me into the world of old bottles was not only the rich flavors and balance that cannot be replicated in modern whiskies, but also the ability to personally experience the shared history of people and spirits. My desire to enjoy fine liquor in beautiful vessels led me to expand my passion into the realm of antique glassware.

■ About Old Bottle whisky

Unlike other antiques, once a bottle of old whisky is opened and consumed, it disappears from our world forever, leaving only a fleeting aftertaste and memory, never to be passed down to future generations. In this sense, Old Bottle Whisky is a consumable cultural heritage and a work of art. As these precious bottles are limited in number, I believe that our generation will likely be the last to consume them. Old Bottle Whisky is a cultural privilege that can only be enjoyed by those living in this era.

■ About Our Products

While there is no official definition of aged whisky, I personally define it as whisky that has been discontinued for more than 20 years. The Old Bottle Whiskies I enjoy and introduce at Antique Liquor are those discontinued between the 1950s and the 1990s. Our selection includes single malt whisky, pure malt whisky (including blended malts), and blended whisky (malt and grain).

Regarding glassware, we focus on crystal products from the late 19th century to the modern era, including prestigious brands such as Baccarat, Saint Louis, and Daum. Additionally, we carry Japanese ceramic cups and craft glassware that are perfect for enjoying Japanese whisky.
