Kagami Crystal Burgundy Wine Glasses, Tulip Shape, Set of 2, #26
Kagami Crystal Burgundy Wine Glasses, Tulip Shape, Set of 2, #26
What we would like to introduce today is a set of two very rare Burgundy wine tasting glasses, produced by Kagami Crystal, the company that laid the foundation for crystal glass in Japan, from the late 1970s to the 1980s.
The glass's most distinctive feature is the delicate, elegant vertical waves that run from the bowl (where the wine is poured) to the stem, reminiscent of tulip petals. These flowing curves reflect light multiple times, creating a beautiful, plump curve that gives off a fantastic sparkle every time you hold it.
The stem extends slenderly from the bowl to the base, providing a stable design that firmly supports the bowl and base. The base, in contrast to the ornate decoration on top, is simple, giving the whole piece a sense of elegance and stability. The product image may appear blurred due to light reflection, but the actual product is very clear and in excellent condition.
