This is a work called "San" by Iwata Hisatoshi (1925-1994), one of Japan's leading glass artists. "San" means "bright, dazzling and beautiful, shining with the light of a fire," and as its name suggests, the piece exudes a shining presence. The entire piece is sprinkled with fine gold leaf, and when you hold it in your hand, it has a luxurious feel, as if you are embracing light. The yellowish exterior is actually made up of countless fine gold leaf pieces, and when you look closely, the beauty of the delicate goldwork emerges.

In addition, the three-dimensional shape on the surface of the vessel is not only beautiful to look at, but also functional, allowing you to hold the glass firmly in one hand. The size is just right for pouring whiskey and enjoying it, making it an exceptional product that will bring a touch of luxury to your everyday life. When enjoying Japanese whiskey, why not try using a Japanese glass?
